Dover Court is a housing development based in Southall, Greater London. I was tasked to create a branding concept for the development to drive interest and potentially help push sales.
For the initial branding, I tried to take inspiration from the area, and ended cup researching the history of Southall, London, and found that it has a great range of different cultures that all contribute to a vibrant community, with lots of different shopfronts and restaurants taking inspiration from asian cultures.
Flyer Design
I wanted to implement the branding into something striking with the colour, but use the style of the logo across the design. I then decided to create a series of flyers to help push the brand that could be distributed at different housing events across the country.
